MURPHY, MARIA LEONIE "RIA" JABLONCA, 95, of Louisville passed on November 2, 2012 at Springhurst Pines. She was a native of Guenzburg, Germany.
She was a retired secretary. Ria was a long time member of Westport Road Baptist Church where she was a member of the Senior Citizens Group. Ria was also a member of the DAV Auxiliary.
The family would like to thank the Nursing staff of Springhurst Pines for the excellent care she received. Survivors include her brother, Joseph Jablonca of Munich, Germany and a nephew, Christopher Jablonca. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Arch L. Heady and Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road. Burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Memorial gifts may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Kosair Charities , KY Humane Society or Food for the Poor. Please visit us at www.archlheadywestport.com to leave a condolence.
