SMITH, RICHARD EDWARDS SR., 66, of LaGrange, passed away Friday, December 24, 2010.
He was a member of Eighteen Mile Baptist Church and a machinist.
Preceding him in death was his son, Richard Edwards Smith Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Whitely Smith; children, Tracy Melton (David), Rodney K. Smith (Connie) and David S. Smith; brother, James "Rote" Smith (Vesta), Marilyn Smith and Betty V. Dixon (Jim); and five grandchildren.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday at Eighteen Mile Baptist Church. Burial is in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services and after 10 a.m. Thursday at the church.
