Lennan, Richard E. View/Sign Guest Book LENNAN, RICHARD E., 83, of Okolona, passed away Friday, March 27, 2009, at the Wesley Manor Retirement Center. He was an Army veteran of World War II where he served as a paratrooper, a retired inspector for the Ford Truck Plant, a life member of the Middletown V.F.W., post 1170 and a member of Parkland Baptist Church. Mr. Lennan was preceded in death by his wife, Lillie Mae Lennan; and a sister, Rena Lennan. He is survived by his children, Susan Trimnal, Catherine Swartwood, Beverly Smith, and Richard Lennan; step-children, James Hockenberry and Joyce Webb; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to give special thanks to the staff at Wesley Manor for their excellent care. His funeral service will be noon Tuesday at Arch L. Heady & Son, Okolona with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Monday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Wesley Manor Retirement Center.
