Mr. Blanton is survived by his brother, Donald Blanton (Cindy); and sister, Doris Blanton. He was a loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral service celebrating Rickie's life will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
