Nessel, Ricky Ray View/Sign Guest Book NESSEL, RICKY RAY, 51, of South Louisville passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at the Norton Pavilion, He worked with horses as a walker and feeder at Churchill Downs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Corrine Nessel; and a sister; Sue Logan. He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Nessel; sisters, Joyce Able (Lindsey) and Doris Reed (John); nephews, Jeff, Chris, and Waylon; nieces; Suzanne, Jennifer, Angie, and Stacie; and many beloved great-nieces and nephews. A celebration of Mr. Nessel's life will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1-8 p.m. Friday.
