She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Simpson ;and her brother, Robert J. Insley. She is survived by her children, Gary Tomes, Lisa Antoine (Leo) and Karen Dodge (Andy); grandchildren, Scott Tomes, Lindsay and Lauren Antoine; and her beloved dog, Molly. Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday with the service 11 a.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, and burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. The family requests that charitable donations be made to the American Heart Association.
