Daugherty, Robert L. "Big Blue Bob" Sr.,79, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at his home.He retired after 42 years of service at Brown and Williamson. He was the former president and vice president of Local 185, a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, an Army veteran of the Korean War and a proud member of the 101 Club at the University of Kentucky.He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, JoAnn Daugherty; children, Robert L. Daugherty Jr., Leeanne Blackburn and Paul A. Daugherty; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.His celebration of life Mass will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, 7335 Southside Dr. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Friday at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr.
