87, of Summer Shade, KY, returned to his Heavenly Father Monday, September 22, 2014.
He was retired from American Air Filter and member of Fern Creek Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, June Wallace Hurt; children, Jane and Larry (Beverly ) Hurt; daughter-in-heart, J.J.Greer; stepchildren, Alicia McClure (Mike) and Jim Wallace (Peggy); grandchildren, Aaron and Amy Wallace and Mandy Schum (Andy); great grandchildren, Drew and Aly Schum; and sisters, Mildred Hurt and Edna Graham.
His funeral is noon Saturday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 3-7pm Friday.
