INSLEY, ROBERT JOSEPH "JOE", 59, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 while at work. He was a terminal operator for Bells Lane Chevron Oil Co. and a former employee of Bensinger's Furniture, Smith's Freight, and Refiner's Transport. His hobbies were gardening, fishing, hunting, Bluegrass music, and woodworking in his garage. He was always ready to give a helping hand to anyone at any time. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth E. Simpson and father, Robert Luther Insley. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Donna (Looney) Insley; sons, Robert Luther (Sheri), Joseph "Troy" (Debbie), and David Lee Insley (April); sister, Rita A. Tomes; and grandchildren, Tatum Marie Insley and Nicholas Sean Goldsmith. His funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Saturday and noon-8 p.m. Sunday.
