Robert Parks

Robert "Bob" E. Parks, 73, loving husband to JoAnn (Bowman ) Parks, passed away on Tuesday January 30, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. Bob was born to the late Ervin and Pearline (Hayes) Parks on December 4, 1944 in Louisville.
Bob owned Robert Parks' painting, was a member of Beth Haven Baptist Church and of Hillsdale Baptist Church. He loved fishing, hunting, and his family, especially his grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
Besides his wife of 55 years, he leaves to cherish his memory, their children, Tina Vincent (Duane), Tammy Orrender (David), Bobby Parks (Treva), grandchildren; Nicholas Vincent (Bethanie), Kacie Jo Vincent, Olivia Sendlein (Phillip), David Orrender, Wesley Parks, Emily Orrender, Clayton and Chloe Parks along with great-granddaughter, Parker Vincent. He will also be missed by siblings, Jimmy Parks, Billy Parks, Peggy Coffey.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 12:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-7 at the funeral home.
