Thompson, Robert Paul View/Sign Guest Book THOMPSON, ROBERT PAUL, 83, of Louisville, passed away Monday, December 1, 2008 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. He was a supervisor for Philip Morris and a World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Marie (Duggins) Thompson. He is survived by his sons, Robert D. (Geri) and Jerry L. Thompson (Sue); daughters, Patricia A. Thompson and Jeanette S. Davis (Ronnie); brother, Richard L. Thompson; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. His funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday.
