He was born to the late Robert Andrew, Sr. and Annett Bingham Pendleton on July 8, 1949 in Paintsville, Kentucky.
He is also preceded in death by his brother Maurice Pendleton.
He is survived by his son, Andy Pendleton, brother Byron Pendleton and sister Betty Adams.
