Smith, Robert Vaughn "R.V.",65, passed away on June 26, 2015.R.V. was a native of Boone, NC, the son of the late Vaughn and Bonnie Smith.He was an retired employee of the Ky. Fair and Expo Center and a member of Beechland Baptist Church.Survivors include his devoted with of 45 years, Brenda (Sumner) Smith; his daughters, Tiffany Bard (Jamie) and Holly Crawford (Sean); grandchildren, Caleb, Gabriel and Shyanne Crawford; his sister, Brenda Mills; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Rick and Kathy Heavrin; and four nieces from North Carolina.Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday.Memorial gifts may be made to Hosparus.
