Robin Gadberry Cooper

Robin Gadberry Cooper, 48, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024. Robin was born on January 23, 1976, in Louisville, Kentucky.

Robin was fortunate to have met the love of her life, David Cooper, and they have been happily married for 12 years. She graduated from Doss High School in 1994. Robin was a talented and creative hairdresser and was known for her passion for cosmetology. She also worked at Ford for 11 years.

Robin was a lover of all animals. She was very athletic as she played basketball, softball, volleyball, and other sports. Robin was most known for her caring heart, outgoing and funny personality. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Robin loved music, traveling with her husband and making new friends. Robin never met a stranger or a dog she wouldn’t try to take home. Her kind and fun-loving nature is why people would gravitate towards Robin and she would always make new friends everywhere. 

Preceding Robin in passing was her father, James Gadberry; and her brother, Todd Gadberry; along with her fur babies, Brody and Macy. 

Surviving her is her loving husband of 12 years, David Cooper; her mother, Karen Gadberry; her sister, Shannon Gadberry; along with extended family members and many friends. 

A Celebration of Robin’s Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to celebrate the memory of Robin. Donations can be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
