Ronald Absher

ABSHER, RONALD GLEN, 56, of Louisville passed away Sunday August 18, 2013. Ronald was a native of Chicago, IL. a member of Kenwood Heights Christian Church. He is a U. S. Navy veteran and a retired auto technician. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Absher Sr. and a brother, Richard Absher. Survivors include his wife, the former Barbara Emery Taylor: two daughters, Danita Morgan and Messarine Perkins (Keith); his mother and stepfather, Viola and Ray Benaitis three sisters, Anita Daniels, Sandra Kimmey and Debra Elkhorn; two brothers, Kenneth Absher Jr. and David Gall; five grandchildren, Nicholas, Jeffery, Lindzi, Chloe and Keith and one great grandson; several nieces and nephews; two dogs Dudley and Dottie; and a cat Daisy. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 3-8 p.m. Tuesday.
