LONG, RONALD G. "RONNIE" SR., 72, passed away July 19, 2010.

He was retired from Ford Motor Company's Kentucky Truck Plant, a member of the Antique Auto Club of America Kentuckiana Region, Middletown VFW 1170, Southeast Christian Church and Masters Men Choir and a U.S. Army veteran.

He is survived by two sons, Ronnie Jr. (Karen) and David Long; daughter, Kathy Keeling( John); beloved friend, Mary Helen Painter; grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler, Aaron, Jacob, Ryan, Devin and Nathan; and his best buddy, his dog, Winston.

Ceremony is noon Friday at Southeast Christian Church, 920 Blankenbaker Pkwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive and after 10 a.m. Friday at Southeast Christian Church. Online condolences at www.newcomerlouisville.com.
