KENNEDY, RORY DALE, 49, of Louisville, passed away unexpectedly in Loveland, OH on Friday, March 23, 2012.

He was born Tuesday, June 5, 1962 to his parents, Ernie and Royce Baker Kennedy in Louisville. Rory loved being a husband and father. He was a great all around family man and friend. He was an active member of Southeast Christian Church, and was a self-employed roofer. Survivors, in addition to his mother and father, include his wife, Nancy; his son and daughter, Griffin and Payton; a sister, Trina, and her husband, Rick Sorrels, of Louisville; his sisters-in-law, Susan Kresser (David) of Charlotte, NC and Lindsay Strand of Louisville; and his three nieces, Courtney Sorrels and Christina and Leah Kresser. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Taylor-Wood Funeral Home in Lewisport, KY (270/295-3312). Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Fireside Room of Southeast Christian Church, 920 Blankenbaker Pkwy. Visitation with the family will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday until service time. Brother Bob Russell will officiate and burial will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West Cemetery, 4400 Dixie Hwy.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to Southeast Christian Church in Rory's honor. Envelopes will be available at the church.
