QUIGGINS, ROSA LEE, 90, of Louisville, passed away July 8, 2013 at Westminster Health & Rehab Center.

She was born on July 23, 1922 in Evansville, IN, to the late Delmar Harper and Elnora Oldham Harper. She was a homemaker and a devoted member of Calvary Lutheran Church.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Homer Quiggins; and a sister, Lillie Mae Schmitt.

She is survived by her children, Terry Quiggins (Mary) and Sandra Allen (Michael); two grandchildren, Michael Quiggins (Angela) and Amy Quiggins (Richard Miller); and three great-grandchildren, Carter, Kellen and Sadie Quiggins.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff of Westminster Health & Rehab Center for the wonderful care shown to Rosa Lee.

A celebration of her life will be conducted Monday, July 15, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church, 1838 Bardstown Rd., Louisville, KY, 40205, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday at the Church. Arrangements under the direction of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven.
