Roy Green

GREEN, ROY DOUGLAS, of Louisville, died Monday, April 11, 2011 at Signature Healthcare.

He was a member of the F & AM, an Air Force veteran of World War II and retired from South Central Bell, Central Office.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Margie Hundley Green; sons, Doug Green (Lucy), Danny Spann (Dianne) and Phillip "Tiger" Hundley (Doris); daughters, Retha Jan Reading (Steve) and Debra Ann Green; brothers, Mike and Kirtley Green; sister, Patsy Brown; grandchildren, Ryan (Keely) and Alan Green, Derek and Amanda Reading, Sharon Spratt, and John and Adam Spann; and great-grandchildren, Cullen Green and Taylee Reading.

Funeral services will be Thursday, 10:30 a.m. at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood. Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be Wednesday, 4-8 p.m.
