Ruben Saldivar

SALDIVAR, RUBEN, 82, passed away Friday, December 9, 2011, with his loving wife beside him.

He was born October 26, 1929 in Woodsboro, TX. He was a U S Navy veteran of the Korean War.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Esther; his daughter Natalie Gann (Bill); his doting granddaughter, Katie; and his siblings, Eloy, Louis and Esther.

A service to celebrate Ruben's life will be held at noon Wednesday in the chapel of Arch L. Heady Funeral Home at Westport Village with Navy Honors to follow. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday.
