ALLEN, RUBY MYRLENE, 77, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 at Essex Nursing home.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Queen Esther Chapter.
She is survived by her brother, James " Jay" Allen; sister, Hilda Mullins; cousin, John Baker and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy. Interment will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
