HOGAN, RUBY M. (SANDERS), 84, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011 at the Riverbend Assisted Living.
Ruby was a native of Edmonson Co., KY. and had formerly worked for American Tobacco Co.
Survivors include her husband, Vergil L. Hogan; son, James E. Sturgeon (Rebecca); two grandchildren, SSG. Scott and Daniel Sturgeon; and two great grandchildren, Meghan and Hunter Sturgeon; brother, Charles Sanders; several brother and sister-in-laws.
Funeral service will be noon Saturday at the Rockford View United Baptist Church, 2511 Wilkerson Ave.. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Online condolences to www.owenfuneral home.com
