Russell McComb Davis ShareE-mail Visit Guest Book DAVIS, RUSSELL McCOMB, 84, passed away June 7, 2009. He was a retired manager of Kay Jewelers, a member of Shively Christian Church, Valley Masonic Lodge #511 and Scottish Rite, a Shriner, a Kentucky Colonel, and an Army veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Davis. Survivors include his children, Douglas M. Davis (Patsy), Dianna V. Davis, and Michael W. Davis; four grandchildren; his brother, Lowell Davis; and sisters, Edrie Scott and Dorothy Nelson. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Thursday.
