passed away September 2, 2014.
She was born in Louisville, on August 4, 1924 to Mary and Noel Lemons.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Frank Boyd (Wally.) Also preceding her were sisters Estelle Warren, Louise Wallace, brother Noel Lemons, Jr. and special friends Jean and Chester Smith. She is survived by son William Boyd (Mary Jane), grand-children Michael Boyd, Amy Boyd, two great grand children, Lily and Elliott, sisters Betty Hadoulis (Sam), JoAnn Stephens(Darrel), brother Robert Lemons, and niece, caregiver and shopping buddy, Sharon Stayton.
A celebration of her life of 90 years will be Friday, 4 - 8, for visitation, with the service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway. Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
