Ruth Hartlage

HARTLAGE, RUTH, 77, of Crestwood, died Thursday, December 18, 2008 in Bradenton, FL. She was a former employee of Kentucky Baptist Hospital for 24 years, a former employee of Central State Hospital for seven years. She was a member of Crestwood United Methodist Church, a Red Cross Volunteer, a Kentucky Colonel, a member of the Pewee Valley Woman's Club, Sarasota Choral Society, Norton Memorial Infirmary of 1952 and a 1948 graduate of Atherton High School. She is survived by her husband, Ken Hartlage; sons, Rick Rash, Dutch (Sandy) and Roger Hartlage; a niece, Lynn Lott; and five grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Crestwood United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Monday at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood.
