Richardson, Ruth Joyce,
77, of Louisville, passed away quietly on September 27, 2014 at Norton Alliant Hosparus.
Joyce was a dedicated worker for Chevron Oil for 36 years (Louisville for 10 years and moved with the company to California for 26 years). After retiring, she returned to Louisville. Joyce was a member of Southeast Christian Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Jack and Elizabeth Richardson; brother, Thomas Richardson; and sisters, Betty Joseph and Ann Caudill.
Survivors include her brother, Robert Ken Richardson; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation is at Keenan's Funeral Home, 4724 Dixie Highway, from 9-11 a.m. Monday followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial: Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus of Louisville in her memory. The family would like to personally and gratefully thank Hosparus at Norton Alliant (downtown) for several weeks of the beautiful care she received.
