EDMONSON, SAMUAL H. "SAM," 85, passed away March 16, 2011.
He was an Army veteran of World War II, a retired Civil Service worker and member of St. Pauls Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Ralph; and a sister, Doris.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Mildred; loving son, Mark (Jessica); and two grandsons, Maxwell and Donovan; two sisters, Flo Glasgow and Ruth Cummings; one brother, Bill (Charlotte); nieces and nephews also survive.
A committal service for Mr. Edmonson's cremains will be held 10 a.m. Saturday March 26, at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in the back mausoleum building.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials to St. Francis of Assisi School at 1938 Al Fresco Pl., Louisville, KY.
