Samuel Wells, Jr., 64, passed away on Sunday October 15, 2017 at Baptist Health Louisville.
Samuel was a chef for Belterra Casino, a member of Watson Memorial Baptist Church and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his companion, Shirley M. Snead along with two sisters Olivia Flinnon and Ivel Pennic and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday from 2-4 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway.
Entombment will be private at Louisville Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
