Fugate, Sandra J.,passed away November 17,2014. She was the former Sandra Meredith and a retired inspector for Philip Morris Tobacco Company. She was preceded in death by her parents Emmett Lee Meredith,Sr. and Ollie Mae (Miller) Meredith. She is survived by her children Shirley Drexler (Marty), Barbara Arbuckle (Riley) and Dan Fugate; grandchildren, Nick Drexler (Tara), Russell Scalf III, Samantha Fugate, Miller Fugate, Ketan Arbuckle, Sierra Arbuckle, Heidi Arbuckle; and great-grandchildren, Dare Drexler and Abigail Arbuckle. Funeral services for Mrs. Fugate will be noon Friday November 21, 2014 at The Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens,West.
