Sandra Gutman

Sandra Jean Gutman, 54, passed away October 31, 2015 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born to the late Jonathan Garfield and Shirley Jean Lunsford Worley in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina on December 5, 1960. She is also preceded in death by a brother Rocky Worley and sister Pamela Worley.
She is survived by children; David Worley, Dennis "Denny" Levan, Rocky Levan (Michealyn), Matthew Gutman, Amanda Kluczinske, and Samatha Gutman, seven grandchildren and siblings; Jonathan Worley, Shannon Eiler, Janice "Christy" Worley, Lisa Swarm, and Mickey.
