HESS, SANDRA K., 61, of Louisville, passed away Monday, June 30, 2008 at Rockford Manor. She had been a clerk for the Jefferson County Schools and was a member of Valley View Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Bill Hess; children, Tim Hess (Heather) and Patty Davis (Dale); sister, Pam Anderson (Larry); and eight grandchildren. Her service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society. Published in The Courier-Journal on 7/1/2008.
