SHELLEY, SANDRA ANN (LEWIS), 54, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011.
Sandra was a medical coder for Norton Health Care Corp. and a member of Incarnation Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Paul Davis Shelley; two sons, Kyle Michael Shelley and Scott Patrick Shelley; a sister, Joan Lashley; four brothers, Jim, Rick, Ken and Kevin Lewis.
Funeral service will be noon Tuesday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Monday and after 10 a.m. Tuesday.
