Sutton, Schela R. View/Sign Guest Book SUTTON, SCHELA R., 56, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at the Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. She was a native of the Portland area and a homemaker. Preceded by her father Cecil E. Purvis. She is survived by her husband, Ben D. Sutton; her mother: Sylvia Purvis; two sons, Benney Ray (Ericka) Sutton and David E. (Misty) Sutton; one sister, Janice Owen; four brothers, Norman, Nicky, Rickie and Dennis Purvis; grandchildren, Dakota, Seahra, Miranda and Destinee Sutton; and one great-grandchild, Colt Sutton. Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 21, 2009, at the Schoppenhorst Brothers Funeral Home 1832 West Market Street, with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
