Moseley Sr., Seibert Clay View/Sign Guest Book MOSELEY, SEIBERT CLAY SR., 72, of Louisville, passed away Monday, April 28, 2008, at Norton Hospital. He was a master electrician and proud owner of Moseley Electric Company. He was a loving husband, dad, papaw and friend. Seibert was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Daisy Moseley; sister, Artie Fulton; and brothers, Charles and Glenn Moseley. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis (O'Neal) Moseley; sons, Clay (Kathy) and James Moseley; daughters, Diane McGaha (George) and Jessica Lindsey; sister, Anita Kraft; brothers, Richard and Bobby Moseley (Donna); nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. His funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Friday.
