Hall, Shirley View/Sign Guest Book HALL, SHIRLEY, 68, of Louisville, died Friday, January 2, 2009 at her residence after a long illness. She is survived by her sisters, Catherine Woods, Vera McGrew and Linda Taylor. Shirley was also a second mother to Richard Newton and Michelle Foster and six grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o of the funeral home.
