MANION, SHIRLEY A. (ROSS), 83, of South Louisville passed from this life to be with her Jesus on Wednesday January 11, 2012 at Norton Audubon Hospital.
She was a native of Cincinnati, OH and a retired employee of the old Torbitt & Castleman Co.
She is survived by her daughters, Terry Wichmann and Barbara "Bobbie" Manion; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; and her beloved Yorkie, "Sami Gayle." A service to celebrate Shirley's life will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Entombment will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Friday.
