He was preceded in death by his father Billy J. Meeks Sr.
He was survived by his wife, Cynthia; mother, Barbara Hagan; daughter, Stephanie Meeks; son, Steven Jr; stepchildren, Danielle Raque and Nicki Arnold; four brothers, Billy J. Jr. (Shirley), Jerry L. James R. (Debbie), Mark E. (Judy); sister, Janice R. Culver; stepsister, Elisha Stolberg (David); and four grandchildren, Isaiah, Hannah, Kiah and Korbin.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. prior to the service on Tuesday.
