PERRY, STEVEN ARTHUR, 25, from Crestwood, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at home.

He was employed at CVS Pharmacy in Crestwood, a graduate of South Oldham High School and played on the soccer team.

He is survived by his sons, Nicholas and Zachary Perry and their mother, Shawna Perry; parents, Shawn Perry (Trudy) and Teresa Cheatham (Tony); sisters, Michelle Perry and Rebacca Cheatham; brothers, Joshua (Faith) Perry, Austin Perry and Jacob Cheatham; grandparents, Bobby and Nancy Cheatham, Jerold Anderson, Patricia and Dean Perry and Donna and Charles Israel; great grandmother, Margaret Spanik. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at St. James Episcopal Church, 401 LaGrange Road, Pewee Valley.
