WOOLEN, TELIA LYNN, 56, died at home Tuesday November 8, 2011.
Born June 6, 1955 in Louisville to James V. Miracle and Ava L. Bandy Miracle. She was an employee of the University of Louisville.
Telia is survived by her husband, Donnie R. Woolen; mother, Ava Miracle; two daughters, Kimberly "Nikki" Wilkins (Nathan) and Kristy Simoneschi (Greg); three sons, Anthony "TJ" Gallina Jr., Justin Ray Woolen (Amanda) and Daniel James Woolen; two sisters, Shelia Vertrees and Sandy Downey; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A service celebrating the life of Telia will be 1 p.m. Friday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
