Teresa Hom

HOM, TERESA K., 37, of Crestwood, died peacefully at home on Friday, July 18, 2008. She fought a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born in South Fulton, TN, to Terry and Willa "Kay" Joyner. She graduated from the University of Tennessee, Martin, with a bachelors of science degree in Computer Science and moved to Louisville to work at Jewish Hospital, UPS and Humana. In 2007, she was Humana's team captain for the Relay for Life campaign. She is survived by her husband, Dave; and two sons, Zachary and Nicholas. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be held 3-8 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to Crestwood Baptist Church or Fern Creek Baptist Church.
