Henderson, Thelma P. (Applegate) View/Sign Guest Book HENDERSON, THELMA P. (APPLEGATE) 95, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2008. She was a member of Parkwood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Henderson; her granddaughter, Cheryl Ruffra; great grandson, Jeremy Mattingly; brother, Frank Applegate; sisters, Katherine Roy, Edna Sample and Aline Funk; and her parents, Lillie and Edward Applegate. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy C. Ruffra (Larry); granddaughters, Debora Conder (Tim), Pam Mattingly (Joe) and Karen Wirth (Brad); great-grandchildren, Evan and Kelsey Conder, Corey Mattingly, Kristina and Lindsay Thompson; her brother, Charles Applegate; and sister, Linda Durrett. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1 -8 p.m. Monday.
