CAPLE, THERESA "CAROL" PRICE, 62, passed away at home Friday, October 21, 2011.
Carol was an employee for Humana for over 15 years, and also a former Federal employee.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Richard E. and Marjorie L. Price; a brother, Stephen Price and a niece, Rachel E. Price.
Survivors include her daughter, Christine A. Bush (Robert Jr.); grandchildren, Michael S., Matthew T., Natasha E. and Robert E. Bush III; brother, Glen E. Price (Juliana); and sister, Laura Jean Davis (Glenn).
Carol was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.
Her funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Monday and after 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Alzheimer's Association or to Histiocytosis Association
