Theresa Marie Pendleton ShareE-mail Visit Guest Book PENDLETON, THERESA MARIE, 48, of Louisville, passed on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at Saint's Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. As a school teacher for JCPS/J.B. Atkinson she touched many lives during her 16 years of teaching. She is preceded in death by her father, Stanley J. Gwara Sr. Theresa is survived by her mother, Mary Ann Gwara; devoted husband, Philip A. Pendleton; two sons, Michael W. (Jennifer) and John Lennon; granddaughter, Destany Michelle Pendleton; sister, Anne Louise Vanhorn; three brothers, Stanley J. Gwara Jr., David Gwara (Karen) and Paul Gwara (Amy); and many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lake Dreamland Baptist Church, 3616 Kramer's Lane. Visitation: Friday, 2-8p.m. at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Family and friends may also visit from 9-11 a.m. Saturday at the church, prior to funeral service.
