Hamilton, Thomas R. HAMILTON THOMAS R., 62, passed away May 29, 2007 at his residence in Bloomington, IN. He was born in Louisville and worked as a restaurant manager. He is survived by his son, Scott R. Hamilton; and a granddaughter, De'jasia Hall. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Fireside Chapel, Louisville memorial Gardens, 4400 Dixie Highway.
