Thomas O. Prather Share E-mail Visit Guest Book PRATHER, THOMAS O., 71, of Louisville passed away December 26, 2009 at University of Louisville Hospital with his family by his side.
He was the owner of Prather's TOP Designs Tool and Die Design Company for over 30 years and a lifelong member of St. James Church.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Nancy (Doll) Prather; sons, Kerry, Kevin, Scott (Lahoma), Kirk (Lisa) and Dan (Donna) Prather; grandchildren, Reagan, Jason, Jackson, Garrett, Brinley, Ethan, Thomas, Declan, Daniel, Anna, Charles and Maura; sister, Carol Sue Hampton (Norman); and brother, Richard Prather (Deloris).
A celebration of Mr. Prather's life will be held 10 a.m. December 29, 2009 at St. James Church, 3535 Taylor Blvd., with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Monday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3601 Taylor Blvd. from 2-8 p.m.
