Downs, Todd Alan View/Sign Guest Book DOWNS, TODD ALAN, 46, of Louisville, passed away Friday, October 3, 2008. He was the owner/ operator of Toots's Bar & Grill, and a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles #2173. Survivors include his wife and best friend, Rosemary Anne "Rosie" Downs; daughter, Brittney Stamper; step-son, Scott Buckley (Libby); his father, Rodney "Pop" Downs; sister, Ronda Downs; brother, Richard Downs; and two nephews, Jared Lee, and Jordan Ray Downs. Funeral service will be held noon Monday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Sunday.
