He retired from Louisville Cooperage. He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Bartley. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Frances Bartley; daughter, Sheila Biscan; granddaughter, Angela Biscan; and sister, Inell Tooley. His funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 10-2 p.m. Monday.
