ELLIS, TRAVIS D., 76, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2009, at his home.
He was a retired printer and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Phyllis; two sons, Butch and Michael Ellis; a daughter, Winkie Lippert; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
His funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Arch L Heady Westport Road with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society .
