He was a member of Southeast Christian Church.
Troy is preceded in death by his parents, Hesbie and Anna Lois Swope Cummings.
He is survived by his two brothers, Jay Cummings (Sherry) and Mike Cummings (Diane); two sisters, Carolyn Moody (David) and Debbie Pinkley (Rick).
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Online condolences at www.owenfuneralhome.com
