Vardie Hall

HALL, VARDIE, 88, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father, Sunday, July 6, 2008. He was a retired carpenter for Action Siding, an Army veteran and a member of The Antioch Old Regular Baptist Church. Vardie leaves to cherish his memory; his beloved wife, Emogene Hall; sons, Donnie Ray Hall, Paul B. Hall and Vardie Dewaine Hall; daughters, Sharlene Sutton (Dennis), Joyce Alstott (Mike), Kay Van Devender (Van) and Marlene Hall; brothers, R.B. Earl, Carl C., Walker and Kadous Hall; sisters, Alice Boyd and Zinia Collins ; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visiting for Mr. Hall will be after 4 pm Monday at his church, 10817 Barricks Road, Louisville, where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Burial: Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
